Kristina Dube

With 23 years of coaching experience, Coach Kristina Dube has built a legacy of excellence in high school track and field. As the Head Girls Track and Field and Cross-Country Coach at Oak Ridge High School, she has established one of the most respected and successful programs in the region.

Throughout her tenure, Coach Dube has guided her athletes to remarkable achievements on the track while being at Oak Ridge for 14 years. Under her leadership, the program has produced 3 individual state champions, 13 state qualifiers, over 40 regional qualifiers, multiple District, Area and Regional Champions, but most impressive, sending 25 student-athletes who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. Coach Dube emphasizes hard work, accountability, and team unity. She is passionate about helping each athlete discover their potential while fostering a culture of discipline, respect, and personal growth. Coach Dube’s coaching philosophy extends beyond competition—she is a dedicated mentor who believes in using track and field as a platform to teach life skills, build character, and open doors to future opportunities. Her 23 years of service are a testament to her love of the sport, her commitment to student success, and her enduring impact on generations of athletes.

Coach Dube has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State University where she competed for the Bearkats in track and field. She has been married to her college sweetheart, Andy for 22 years. They have two beautiful children, Riley a senior at Oak Ridge and Brett an 8th grader. She loves spending time watching her kids do all the sports, hanging by the pool or beach and enjoying family time.
