Coach Nillen has been coaching softball for 5 years and is thrilled to be a pivotal member of the coaching staff here at Oak Ridge High School in Conroe ISD. She wants to share her love for sports with her student athletes, and bring out their unique potential by helping them grow on and off the field. 

Haley had a successful collegiate softball career as a catcher and infielder while earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Auburn University, and a master’s degree in kinesiology-coaching from Southern Arkansas University. 

When she isn’t coaching our War Eagles, you can find Haley spending time outside, watching sports, or enjoying time with her family and dogs. She looks forward to helping her players grow and build confidence during their time at Oak Ridge and beyond.
