Coach Reed has coached football, basketball, and track for 10 years and entering his first year as the head boys cross country coach and second year as the boys head track coach.  He is thrilled to be a pivotal member of the coaching staff here at Oak Ridge High School in Conroe ISD and is passionate about inspiring student-athletes through discipline, commitment, and camaraderie.

Coach Reed is an Oak Ridge graduate and has a B.S. Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Texas Tech.  His playing and coaching honors include a football scholarship at Texas Tech University, Arena Football League,  Sportscenter top 10 plays, 8 area/regional appearances, and 1 State championship in track and field, 1 State championship appearance in basketball.

When he isn’t coaching our War Eagles you can find Coach Reed enjoying quality time with his two kids Trei and Teigann.
