Andrew Einhaus
Coach Einhaus began his coaching career in 2002 at Eisenhower High School, where he spent six years teaching Business courses and guiding student-athletes in varsity baseball, football, and serving as head tennis coach.
In 2008, he joined the Oak Ridge High School coaching staff. While at Oak Ridge, Coach Einhaus has had the pleasure of coaching several sports: varsity baseball for 17 years, football for 11 years, and cross country for 8 years, helping athletes grow on and off the field.
In the classroom, Coach Einhaus is the administrator of the Ingenuity Virtual Learning Lab, supporting students as they earn credits toward graduation. He is business certified and has taught numerous business classes throughout his teaching career.
Coach Einhaus is a proud graduate of McMurry University, where he was a four-year letterman on the baseball team. During his collegiate career, he earned All-Conference honors and helped lead his team to a conference championship. After college, he represented the United States on a USA Baseball team, competing internationally in Regensburg, Germany, and playing against the national teams of Croatia, France, and Germany.
In 2012, coach Einhaus married his wife Erin (an Oak Ridge High School Alumni). Together they have four children: Taylor, who is married to her husband Brayden and is expecting their first child in November; Maverick, a freshman at Texas State University; Blakely, a fifth grader and Palmer, a second grader, both of which compete in cheer and proudly support the War Eagles.
When he’s not coaching, you’ll often find Coach Einhaus cheering at his daughters’ cheer competitions, playing with the family dog, Moses, or grilling in the backyard.
